Upcoming Elections- The next election will be the Fall Presidential election on November 4, 2008 with voting at the
Blooming Grove Town hall. The address is 1880 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, Wisconsin and the poll hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Voter Registration- People wishing to vote in the Town of Blooming
Grove must be registered to do so. If you reside in the Town but are not
registered, you may stop by the town office during normal office hours
to register, or you can register on
the day of electon. People wanting to register must provide proof that
they live in the Town of Blooming Grove. Examples of these documents are
a driver’s license, valid photo ID, utility bill, bank statement,
government check, pay check, or other government document. The document
must be current, and have your name and Town of Blooming Grove address
on it. Other than that, registering to vote is as easy as completing a
one-page form!
Absentee Voting-- Anyone can choose to vote absentee, for any reason.
To do so, simply download and fill out this form and send it to the Town Office about three weeks prior to
the election. Upon receipt of that form we will mail you the ballot.
Or if you wish, you can come to the Town Office, complete the form and
vote right then and there. |
