2005 Gallagher Plat Neighborhood Improvement Plan
for the Town of Blooming Grove
Background: In the fall of 2004, the Town of Blooming
Grove began work on a neighborhood improvement plan for the the Gallagher Plat Neighborhood. With a BUILD grant that was applied for and received from the state, the town hired Vierbicher Associates, Inc., to help prepare the plan and
administer a survey to Plat residents only.
In June 2005, 300 surveys were mailed out to residents and owners of Gallager Plat and of those surveys, 128 were returned for a return rate of 42.6%.

The survey below was taken by Gallagher plat residents at
the first Public Forum on June 15th. Approximately 25 residents
attended the forum and 20 responded to the survey questions. Below are the questions that they answered:
