Open Book will be held by scheduled telephone consultations on Thursday, May 15, 2025 between 11 AM and 1 PM.  You can schedule an appointment by navigating to Accurate’s website: https://accurateassessor.com/.  You can use the Open Book Assistant on that page to schedule your appointment.  Otherwise, you can call them at (800) 770-3927 or (920) 749-8098 to schedule a time to discuss your property valuation on May 15th or another date agreed to by their staff.  

The assessment roll will be available for public inspection during regular office hours: Monday through Thursday from 8 AM until 4 PM and Friday from 8 AM until Noon starting on May 15, 2025.

Board of Review is scheduled on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.  To contest your valuation, you need to notify the clerk of your intent to file and objection 48 or more hours in advance.  For more information, please refer to this page on our website: https://www.blmgrove.com/town-assessor/.

Information about your current valuation can be found online through Access Dane: https://accessdane.danecounty.gov/.  You can search by owner, parcel number, or address.   Please note that Open Book and Board of Review dates and times were posted to Access Dane on Friday, March 7, 2025 and to the Town of Blooming Grove website on Friday, March 7, 2025 under the Town Assessor section.
